FABULEAN (15) returns from a break of four-and-a-half months. Genuine performer last prep whose most recent appearance resulted in a third over 5½f at Mackay. Ideally placed to score while fresh. NOLAN (2) met with solid support last time out but could only manage to finish seventh over 7f at Hughenden in a disappointing performance. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is right in contention. CRYOSEISMS (7) really dug deep to get the prize by half a length three runs back at Mackay before filling a minor placing at his last two starts. Should be poised just off the lead. One of the main contenders. THEE CREEK (10) was in contention on the turn and finished second last start over 6f at Rockhampton, beaten 1. 5 lengths. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is good enough to take this out.
