Adam Sewell stays on and although yet to win has been in the money on six occasions. Sure to run well. GUAC ON (5) turned in a fair effort at Ipswich over 6¾f at his last run nine weeks ago, finishing fourth and beaten 2. 5 lengths. Now under the care of new trainer Zac Mcfarlane. Has ability and should be right in the finish. NORTHERNONTAP (2) turned in a strong run two starts ago at Bowen then failed to back it up over 6f at this track last time, beaten 3 lengths into fifth. Freshened for this so should be involved in the finish. EXOLENT CHOICE (4) ran well below his best last time over 5f at Mt Isa, beaten 7 lengths into sixth at 11/10. Has a high cruising speed. Solid claims on best form.
