SECRET CYPHER (5) made progress last time out, finishing 4 lengths from the winner in second at the end of 6f at this track after being in the firing line on the corner. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. THE KOBAY TRAIN (11) settled well back but hit the line well to finish fourth, beaten 7 lengths, over 6f here last time. One to watch for in the concluding stages. TIMINCA (6) resumes from a lay-off of six months and is having his first outing under new trainer Steven Royes. Finished eighth at this track over 5f at the opening run last time in work. Fitter for a minor placing in a recent Townsville trial.
