IGNAZIO (4) sat on the pace and stuck on well to score by 3.5 lengths at this track and trip last start in a much improved run. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot repeat the dose. TSUNAMI (2) scored two runs back then was popular with punters last time but could only manage to finish seventh over the same trip at this track after he was prominent at the turn. Has his share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. LEAN EAGLE (1) found the line nicely last start to get up for second over 5f at this track when resuming after a lay-off. Has a win and two minor placings at this journey from four starts and is one of the prime contenders. FANCIFUL MR FOX (5) resumes from a lay-off of 11 months after closing off last campaign with four consecutive minor placings. Expected to be competitive.
