UPSTART LOVER (9) finished seventh last start over 6½f at this track after racing on the pace for much of the way. Will take some beating. MIDNIGHT MIRACLE (7) doesn't win out of turn but ran a strong race last time when beaten a neck into second over 5f at Dalby. Can feature in the finish. STYLISH JOKER (2) didn't make an impact at his last run before going for a lay-off on August 16, finishing eighth and beaten 9 lengths over 6¾f at Doomben. Definite top-three chance.
