SOUTHOFTHEBORDER (3) is yet to break through after seven starts but not far off a win. Placed in a then missed the frame but was thereabouts last time over 7f152yards at Gold Coast Poly. Tough to beat on best. Can open winning account. NIENNA (9) was below her best last time, finishing sixth and beaten 5 lengths over 1m at Sunshine Coast after being in the firing line on the bend. Ideally placed and is sure to take a ton of beating. FUTURE HERO (2) is a six-start maiden who could only manage to finish fourth at his latest appearance over 1m1/2f at Grafton. Suited in this line up and is among the better hopes. ALZURRI (1) failed to figure again last time over 1m2f at Gatton, beaten 9 lengths into ninth. Takes on a tougher assignment this time but cannot be underestimated.
