PLATINUM GIFT (2) was prominent into the straight last time but couldn't go on with it and finished fourth over 5f at Sunshine Coast. Rates highly in this field and can turn things around. LINWAR (7) settled in a rearwards position and never came on when resuming last start, finishing ninth and beaten 4.5 lengths over 6f at Ipswich. Finds the right race this time and can take this out. GOOD GIRL POLLY (10) resumes from a lay-off of six-and-a-half months. Could only manage to finish sixth at the latest run over 5f at Dalby. Good effort to open last prep when in the money at this track over 4f76yards. One of the leading chances. CEEKAY'S CHOICE (9) missed the placings two runs back then did well last start but found one better over 6f at Warwick, beaten only a head. This looks a good race for her so another forward showing looks likely.
