MOBIL MISSION (8) turned in a modest performance when eighth last time out over 6f at this track, beaten 11 lengths. That followed a win at this track at the previous outing. Jose A Bracho gets the best out of this five-year-old gelding. Will enjoy a drop in class so he is a leading contender. STRIKE PLATE (7) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6f at this track, beaten 7 lengths into fourth. Won't find this as tough so he is sure to be prominent. VECCHI (5) resumes from a lay-off of four months after closing off last campaign with nine consecutive minor placings. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Will be in this for a long way. P J'S BOY (9) turned in a much better effort last time out to score by 3. 5 lengths over 5½f at this track (Dirt). Likely to be there at the finish again.
