Commendable record at this trip with a win and five minor placings and is sure to play a big role. D' KITTEN (1) has put together back-to-back placings, the latest when half a length away in second over 6f at Mahoning Valley (Dirt) when she was handy all the way. Likely improver with strong prospects. TAKING CHARGE DESI (5) doesn't win out of turn, scoring just four times from 52 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when fourth over 6f at Mahoning Valley, beaten 5 lengths. Placed to advantage so expect a big run. QUICK RECOVERY (2) won at Mahoning Valley (Dirt) two starts ago but was below her best at a more recent appearance, finishing fifth over 5½f at Mahoning Valley (Dirt). Yet to miss the frame in two starts over this course and distance. Well placed to turn things around.
