WHISKEY DIAMOND (5) impressed last time with a 8 length win at Belterra Park (Dirt) over this journey. Has good early speed so should take up a forward position. Expecting a bold showing. NUBLADA (2) turned in a fine effort to score by 4. 5 lengths at this track and distance when when resuming from a lay-off last time out. The engagement of Erik Barbaran is noteworthy. Perfectly placed and is sure to take plenty of stopping. DERBY DAY KISS (4) finished fourth two runs back at this track (Dirt) then improved last time out to score by 2. 75 lengths after being in the firing line on the corner over 6f at this track (Dirt). Beautifully placed and is sure to give this a mighty shake. THE DEVIL'S DREAM (6) did well to score two runs ago then turned in a decent effort last time out when third over 5½f at this track, beaten 1. 5 lengths. Worth another chance.
