This is very open. MUDAMER (3) ran a solid third beaten 0. 5L providing seasonal reappearance at Newcastle tackling this trip last month. That was a pleasing effort and likely to build upon that. Leading chance. WARM SPELL (2) didn't have a busy campaign last year which began with a fine second when fresh at Doncaster. Starting to look attractive from this handicap. Not out of things. STANAGE (11) finished 7L off the winner returning three weeks ago. Quite frustrating however is now reunited with the regular jockey. Might feature. It would be no surprise were SOCIETY MAN (6) to stage a revival after struggling for form on the all-weather of late.
