DESERT PUNK (7) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with only one victory from 19 starts. Did a good job last start to finish third over 5½f at this track, beaten 4 lengths. Best figures measure up nicely. Makes plenty of appeal. SAPELLO SICARIO (6) was last at the races when he finished second over 4½f at Sunray Park (Dirt) on May 10. Expect him to play a major role. ARBITRO (8) recorded a strong maiden win over 5½f at this track (Dirt) last time, getting there by 1.75 lengths. Shaping up nicely and he is a great chance to go back-to-back. AMERICAN RED (9) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 5½f at this track, beaten 5 lengths into fifth. Finds a nice race and can make amends.
