CARTEL CHIEF (6) is back from a lay-off of three months. Raced once last campaign and finished second over 2½f at Ruidoso Downs (Dirt). Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Expected to be in the finish. CC UPTOWN EAGLE (3) is returning from a lay-off of ten weeks. Finished seventh at Remington Park (Dirt) over 0½f at the first run last prep. Now with a new trainer Tony E Sedillo. Rates highly so expect him to be prominent. PEVS RUNNIN BEAR (12) finished midfield on his return from a lay-off last start over 1f180yards at this track (Dirt). Better for that run so he is certainly one to consider. MYFRIENDNAMEDJACK (2) returns from a layoff of four-and-a-half months. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last prep over 1½f at this track. Has switched to the Celio E Jr Trujillo yard. Has to be respected.
