MAGICAL MARK (4) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6f at Lone Star Park, beaten 8 lengths into sixth. Finds the right race this time and can find winning form. PUDDING (6) is having his first run since June 27. Goes well when fresh with three wins and three placings from eight starts. Should be prominent. GODDARD (8) returns from a lay-off of three-and-a-half months and did win when resuming last time in work over 6½f at this track (Dirt). Expect him to pose a serious challenge. HARDBALL (2) produced a good run two starts back to finish third but disappointed last time when out of the placings at Gillespie County Fairground (Dirt) over 4f after he had settled well back. Likely improver with strong prospects.
