CHURCH SPIRE (8) returned from a break last start with a mediocre eighth over 2f at this track (Dirt) after settling well back. Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he is up to the challenge. ASHFORD LADY (7) finished 1.5 lengths from the winner in fourth last start over 2f at this track, an improvement on her fifth at Ruidoso Downs the run before. This looks a sterner test than last time but on her best form she is good enough to take this out. THE RELENTLESS QUEST (3) is back from a break of five-and-a-half months. Raced below par at his only appearance last prep when fifth over 3f213yards at Sunland Park (Dirt). Looks a strong top-three prospect. TIMES AWASTEN (5) was out of the placings last time when sixth over 2f at this track (Dirt) but did finish in the money the start prior. Can do better this time.
