ANCHOR DOWN (1) worked home well and finished 2. 5 lengths from the winner in fourth last start over 1m at Hamilton, an improvement on his fifth at Kilmore the run before. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. TWINKLE VAN WINKLE (10) was in the money when resuming at Bendigo then could only manage fifth last time out over 1m at Kilmore. Rates highly and is right in the mix. PLAY ON WORDS (3) progressed nicely last time out to finish just 1. 4 lengths from the winner in third over 1m at Wodonga after being in the firing line on the corner. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. TRUE PROPHET (8) was well in commission last time out but could only manage to finish fifth over 6½f at Wodonga in a disappointing performance. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time.
