WHISKERS (20) got off the mark over 6½f at Tuncurry last start, scoring by 2. 5 lengths. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Serious contender again with the confidence high. HE'STHECHIEF (10) has been kept fresh since winning over 5f at Tamworth. Kept up to the mark with a recent Scone trial. Well placed and is expected to feature. READY AND LUCKY (1) returned from a lay-off two-and-a-half weeks ago when she was beaten 3 lengths into sixth over 5½f at Wyong. Fitter and sure to run well.
