MORTLAKE (5) missed the frame but not disgraced in town when seventh at Canterbury. Returns to home track this time. Will find this much easier. Among the leading chances in this company. DWAYNE (2) was comfortably accounted for when sixth last time out over 1m at Scone, beaten 5 lengths after being prominent at the turn. That followed a win at Port Macquarie at the previous outing. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot make amends. DOLLARS (1) ran below expectations when fresh from a lay-off at Newcastle over 7f last time, finishing ninth and beaten 5. 5 lengths. This is a nice drop in grade so he is set to turn things around. NIKODY'S BINKS (7) showed early speed from an outside draw last time and led for much of the way before fading to finish sixth, beaten 2. 75 lengths, over 6½f at this track. Good top-three prospects.
