JAMACRI (8) turned in an eye catching run last time when kept coming to finish sixth at Mudgee. Extra journey a plus and should feature in the finish. KAHRABA (9) was fresh from a break of five months last start when beaten 3 lengths into fifth over 6¾f at Beaumont (Newcastle) after she got a long way back in the run. Won't be bothered by this longer journey. One of the main contenders. MARS LANDING (4) was too good for a maiden field last start over 7f at Coffs Harbour, scoring by half a length. Re-unites with Ben Looker who was on board last start. Harder task ahead this time but can measure up. STRAIGHT THROUGH (2) missed the placings when resuming two runs back then didn't do any better last start when 19 lengths away in ninth over 1m1 1/2f at Kempsey. Well placed and can figure in the finish this time.
