COASTAL GROOVE (1) was out of the money on debut two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6¾f at Wyong, beaten 2.75 lengths into seventh. Finds a more suitable contest and can get the job done. TIGON PRINCESS (3) was out of the money when resuming two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 7f at Scone, beaten 4 lengths into eighth. Nicely placed to get the prize. BUBBLES AND CAVIAR (2) turned in a much better run at her second appearance last time out when a long neck from the winner in second over 6f67yards at this track. Progressing well and is among the chances. HOOD RIVER (7) missed the placings two runs back then did well last start but found a couple better over 6f at Merriwa, beaten only 0.7 lengths. Likely improver so plenty to like about her chances.
