MIRAI SAN (2) was in the money when resuming at Scone then could only manage sixth last time out over 6¼f at Taree. Rates highly and can bounce back. BLUE DE BEERS (4) started this prep with a win two runs ago. Fair effort last time out when prominent at the bend before winding up in fourth over 6f at Gilgandra, beaten 1. 3 lengths. Finds a suitable race and can play a major role. IT'S A TATA (5) broke through for his maiden win over 5½f at Gilgandra last time, scoring comfortably. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Winning rider Izzy Neale sticks and he cannot be underestimated. THE NEPHILIM (7) missed the placings two runs back then didn't do any better last start when 3 lengths away in sixth over 5½f at Armidale. No surprise to see him in contention.
