LITIGANT (4) finished fourth when resuming two runs back then progressed nicely last time out after being in the firing line on the turn to score by 1. 3 lengths over 6½f at this track (Dirt). Looks well placed so expect another big run. COALMINER'S KITTEN (3) scored at his last run over 6f at Fairmount Park (Dirt) on September 13. Has switched yards during a break. Goes well when fresh with two wins and two minor placings from five starts. Among the leading chances. RUSSIAN HAMMER (11) doesn't win out of turn, scoring just three times from 42 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when sixth over 7f at this track, beaten 8 lengths. Likely contender with strong prospects. INBOUND (7) is a six-year-old gelding who is having his first run for the Chelsey Coady yard. Hasn't raced since finishing fourth at Delaware Park (Dirt) ten weeks ago. Not seen at the trials but is in a nice race. Has to be respected.
