VREDEFORT (9) did little and finished 18 lengths from the winner in 12th over 1m1f at this track last start after being in the firing line on the bend, a less impressive effort than his sixth at Sunshine Coast Poly the run before. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. NINJASK (2) missed the placings two starts back then ran a better race when he worked home well and finished 1. 2 lengths away in fourth last time out over 7f at Gold Coast. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. PIGGIETALES (15) settled well back last start and never threatened when 7 lengths from the winner in seventh over 1m1/2f at Gold Coast. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. BETTER YET (7) finished second last time over 7f at Gold Coast when resuming from a lay-off, beaten a nose. Placed to advantage so expect a big run.
