FIFTY CALIBRE (13) returned from a lay-off two-and-a-half weeks ago when he was beaten 2 lengths into fourth over 7f at Eagle Farm. Strips fitter and can take this out. RUSTY TYCOON (5) turned in a nice effort last time out at the second run of the campaign and finished just 2 lengths from the winner in third over 1m1/4f at Doomben after being in the firing line on the bend. Will enjoy a drop in class so he is sure to prove hard to beat. AMELIORATION (6) missed the frame but not disgraced in town when seventh at Eagle Farm. Returns to home track this time. Will find this easier than last start. Should be involved in the finish. FABS CUZ (1) ran a better race last start at his second appearance, finishing third over 6¾f at Ipswich. Further improvement likely so keep him safe.
