Race Tip

OVAL OFFICE (8) settled well back last start and never threatened when 9 lengths from the winner in sixth over 7f at Ballina. Finds a nice race and can figure in the finish. HEY CHARDONNAY (15) settled well back then made some inroads and finished 4 lengths away in fifth last time out over 5½f at Ipswich when when resuming from a lay-off. Steps up in distance. Backmarker who keeps coming. Best form puts her right in this. HUSSY EMPRESS (16) drifted well back and failed to finish it off last start when eighth, beaten 4 lengths, over 6¾f at Doomben. Ideally placed and is sure to take a ton of beating. BRUTAL BOWLER (2) has been out of the winner's list for a long time, last start finishing seventh at Doomben over 6¾f. This is a nice drop in grade so he is sure to be prominent.
