Has a decent record at this trip with five minor placings from seven tries and is among the leading chances. PANIGALE (4) turned in a fair effort at Mornington over 5f at his last run six months ago, finishing sixth and beaten 2 lengths. Now under the care of new trainer Clinton Taylor. Has ability and should be right in the finish. TAKE A BOW (7) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when she got a long way back over 5f at this track, beaten 2. 5 lengths into fifth. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. SKY BLUE (10) was beaten 2 lengths into fourth over 6f at Toowoomba last time out. Well placed and can figure in the finish this time.
