BLACK ASSASSIN (7) turned in a nice run when fresh from a lay-off two starts back at Ipswich then missed the placings last time when 9 lengths from the winner in sixth over 6f at Ipswich. One of the chances based on his best recent efforts. ESSESSBEE (4) was fair on debut last time out when sixth over 7f at Eagle Farm. Should appreciate the extra ground. Fitter and can find the frame this time. REPLICA (11) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 7f at Gold Coast, beaten 6 lengths. Fitter this time will prove harder to beat.
