FLYWHEEL (4) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at Doomben, finishing fourth and only 1.3 lengths from the winner at the end of 6¾f. Has the talent to build on that encouraging effort last start. SETTAT (8) resumes from a lay-off of six months and is having his first outing under new trainer Stuart Kendrick. Finished fourth at Cranbourne over 6½f at the opening run last time in work. Fitter for a fourth in a recent trial over 5f at Sunshine Coast Inner Track. A solid return is anticipated. OUR SILVER LININGS (10) came home strongly last start to finish second, beaten a head, over 6¼f at Kempsey. Will be winding up late. READY AZZ EVA (3) was never really a threat when resuming last start over 6f at Doomben, finishing 6 lengths from the winner in fifth. Ben Thompson goes well on this six-year-old and is back on top. Must be respected.
