OL' MCCLINTOCK (5) has put together back-to-back placings, the latest when 7 lengths away in third over 4½f at this track (Dirt). Nicely placed to find winning ways. VOLS (2) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at Sunland Park (Dirt), finishing fourth and only 2.25 lengths from the winner at the end of 6f after being in contention on the bend. Must raise the bar but this looks well within his grasp. MARK ME IN (7) missed the placings two runs back then was never in contention last start when 14 lengths away in fifth over 7f at this track. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. DORA'S STORM (9) was beaten 10 lengths into eighth over 4½f at this track last time out. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
