COLFAX KID (9) ran a strong second over 5½f at this track (Dirt) two runs back then was below his best last time over 6½f when ninth, beaten 26 lengths. Appeals back in trip this time so worth forgiving. TORITO C (2) failed to threaten when fresh from a lay-off last time out, beaten 8 lengths into fifth over 3f213yards at this track (Dirt). Deserves another chance in this line up.
