Finished fifth when fresh from a lay-off two starts back at Zia Park (Dirt) then improved and scored over 1½f at this track (Dirt) seven weeks ago, getting home by 0. 3 lengths after being in contention on the turn. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. HOLLIDAY (12) is back after a break of four-and-a-half months. Looking to emulate his win at The Albuquerque Downs Racetrack & Casino when returning from a lay-off last prep. Has never tasted defeat when fresh from a lay-off in two attempts. Looks one of the genuine hopes in the race. THRILLAH (10) was last at the races when he finished eighth over 1f180yards in Group 2 grade at Zia Park (Dirt) on December 14. Definite top-three chance.
