JOHN JOHN (4) registered a strong win at this track two runs ago. Not disgraced last time out when in contention on the bend before finishing second over 6f at this track, beaten 2.25 lengths. Likely improver with strong prospects. COPPER STATE (5) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when he settled well back over 6½f at this track, beaten 19 lengths into sixth. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is good enough to take this out. ANGELA'S ANGEL (2) made progress last time out, finishing 4.5 lengths from the winner in second at the end of 1m at this track after being in contention on the bend. Meets some better types this time but he has the ability to test this field. MY ADDICTION (6) finished midfield at his first run back from a lay-off last start, beaten 9 lengths over 6½f at this track (Dirt) when well supported. Expected to do far better this time.
