KJ FLYING COWGIRL (1) hasn't been too far away of late, the latest effort a fourth, beaten 1.5 lengths, at Lone Star Park (Dirt) over 1f130yards. Adrian A Ramos has scored on her two times and is back in the saddle. Among the leading chances. APOLLITICAL JACKIE (12) flew the gates and led throughout to score by half a length last start over this journey at Zia Park (Dirt). Should measure up again. EYE APPEEL (9) is coming along nicely this prep. Finished seventh when fresh from a lay-off two starts back at Lone Star Park (Dirt) then improved and scored as public elect over 1½f at Lone Star Park (Dirt) seven-and-a-half weeks ago, getting home by one length after being in contention on the bend. Must raise the bar but she has the talent to test this line-up. REAL WILD CARTEL (8) is a four-year-old gelding who is having his first run for the Richard D Sedillo stable. Finished off last campaign with a seventh at Fairgrounds (Dirt) four months ago. Hasn't trialled publicly but has a very good when resuming record. Has to be respected.
