HOT CHARLIE (1) doesn't win out of turn but ran a strong race last time out over 5f at this track (Dirt), finishing third and beaten 2.25 lengths after being in the firing line on the bend. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. UNCLE GUS BOSS (5) ran below his best when sixth last start over 3f213yards at this track (Dirt), beaten 6 lengths. Can atone. LEAP DAY (8) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 7 lengths when eighth in a 5½f contest at this track two-and-a-half weeks ago. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. NEXT STAR (2) hasn't made an impression lately despite market confidence. Last start could only manage sixth over 1f180yards at this track (Dirt). Expecting improvement.
