DIM THE LIGHTS (3) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago at this track. Not as effective last time out when fourth over 6f at this track, beaten 3 lengths after being in contention on the turn. Has the ability to take care of this field. MAMIE'S LAST HOPE (6) showed good early speed and raced on the pace last start before fading to finish fifth, beaten 6 lengths, over 6½f at this track (Dirt). Will be handy in the run and should prove hard to run down. TRUST MANDO (5) is close to breaking through after two consecutive placings, the latest coming when third over 6½f at this track (Dirt) after being in contention all the way. Must raise the bar but a win is not out of the question. BLACK EYED BANDIT (2) was beaten 8 lengths into eighth in a 5½f contest at this track two weeks ago. E P Gomez gets the best out of this seven-year-old gelding. Suitably placed so can turn things around.
