SHAMUS IN PONTIVY (10) finished out of the money on debut two starts back then was beaten 17 lengths when 11th over 5½f at Murray Bridge two-and-a-half weeks ago. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. ROYAL MUSE (9) is a five-start maiden who resumed from a lay-off last start and was beaten 3. 5 lengths when sixth over 7f at Balaklava. Can come on from that run and looks a serious contender. MINIMISE (7) did a fair job on debut last time out, finishing 3 lengths from the winner in fifth over 7f at Balaklava. Has ability and must be respected. LOVE TO LIE (6) missed the placings two runs back then didn't do any better last start when 11 lengths away in ninth over 7½f at Gawler. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
