FAIR LEGACY (8) has been in the money at both runs this time in work and the maiden win looks imminent following a good second over 6f at Gawler last time. Overdue and gets her chance to break through. MR JONES (1) finished a 2 length third on turf at Ararat in a then followed up with another minor placing on dirt at Port Augusta over 5½f two weeks ago. The winkers are removed now and looks a top chance in this. NURYS (9) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6¾f at this track, beaten 2 lengths into fourth after being in the firing line on the turn. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. GOLD SPY (4) turned in a much better run at his second appearance last time out when 1.3 lengths from the winner in second over 6¾f at this track. Has further upside and looks ready to break through.
