Point winner KA MATE DU BRIVET (3) didn't achieve a huge amount when second at Fontwell behind a long odds-on shot in March (2m5 1/2f). Sure to do much better in time and this race won't take much winning. OUR GUIDE (1) must carry a penalty for a success at Exeter (2m1/2f, good) a month ago. Will tackle the longer trip here and rates the obvious danger. GRANITE SANDS (2) is a half-brother to a smart stablemate and could have a future. Never threatening on hurdles debut last time. Potential to improve. SHUIL ROCCO (4) makes modest appeal based on what he has shown so far. Looks the pick of the Mickey Bowen-trained pair.
