GINGER Set Weights EET (12) is close to a win after a string of minor placings, the latest when second over 1m2f at Pakenham. Finds a suitable assignment and can get the job done. THE KINGS GOSPEL (11) finished out of the money two starts back then he was always well out of his ground and was beaten 8 lengths when sixth in a 1m contest at this track three weeks ago. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. SAXON BLOOD (3) recorded a strong maiden win over 1m2 1/2f at this track last time, getting there by 10 lengths. Winning rider Bailey Kinninmont sticks and he cannot be discounted. REMIGIUS (7) hasn't been far away recently including last time out when third over 1m1 3/4f at Yarra Valley. Will appreciate the drop in grade. Don't underestimate.
