Small field but plenty of intrigue in the opening contest. MAGNETUDE (2) returned to action four weeks ago with a solid performance to break his maiden by 0. 5L at Wolverhampton in a 1m4f contest. Should prove hard to beat. WICKSEY (3) has been in flying form this winter and arrives seeking a four-timer. This will require a personal best performance but you can't fault his form of late and should give a bold sight. GALILEAN QUALITY (1) rounded off his juvenile campaign with a victory over 1m2f at Pontefract on soft ground at the end of last season. Unlikely to be too far away and one to take very seriously.
