SILKIES SIB (1) narrowly came out on top by a nose attempting a 1m1 1/2f handicap at Wolverhampton two starts back before placing third at Chelmsford a fortnight ago. Wears first-time visor and expected to challenge. ALFRED SPERO (2) finished runner-up on most recent appearance in a Newcastle AW handicap after managing a fifth two starts back at Kempton Park AW. May go one better. MRS MEADER (4) delivers first outing since September when third contesting a handicap at Bath. Will be thereabouts once again. NIGHT BEAR (5) cannot be discounted providing winning form at this venue though does need to improve on a fourth at this track.
