PALERMO (1) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with only one victory from 11 starts. Was again denied last start when he found a couple better over 7f at Greyville All Weather. Placed to advantage and can make his presence felt. SLYTHERIN (4) impressed when successful on debut over 6f at Greyville 12 weeks ago and has not appeared since. Has plenty of upside and should go on with it. PLAZA ACCORD (5) is back from a three-and-a-half months lay-off and he does run well when resuming, including a win over 6¼f at Durbanville at the start of last prep. Has found the right race to kick off the campaign. Set Weights EEPER KEEPER (3) turned things around last start and got the job done by a nose over 7f at Greyville. Finds a suitable race and can build on that solid recent effort.
