VITTOZZI (7) is yet to fill a placing in two runs since resuming from a lay-off, the latest when fifth over 5f at Gosford after she travelled towards the rear of the field. First try at the trip but she strips fitter and is a great chance to break through. IRON FURY (1) has been thereabouts without winning, the most recent offering a third at Wyong over 6¾f when he was beaten 2 lengths. Comes down a level this time. Leading contender. BY THE WAY (6) accounted for a maiden field over 6f at Moree last start, finishing 2. 75 lengths ahead of the nearest rival. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Ben Looker was in the saddle on that occasion and retains the ride. One of the likely contenders despite the step up in grade. ALL TOO SNEAKY (11) has not won for a long while. Last raced on August 1 when beaten 4. 5 lengths into sixth at Newcastle over 6f after being handy for much of the way. Suitably placed so anticipating a bold performance.
