POISEN POINT (10) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m at Randwick, beaten one length into sixth after being in contention on the turn. Has the talent to find the winners' list. HELL OF A FOX (7) drifted well back last start before storming home to score by 0. 7 lengths over 7f at Canberra. In form and will take beating again. SHOTGUN BELLA (15) is close to breaking through after two consecutive placings, the latest coming when third over 7¾f at Canterbury after being prominent from the outset. Meets some better types this time but another big run is on the cards. KRANICH (9) settled well back from a wide draw last time then wound up strongly to finish fourth over 5½f at Dubbo. Was outdashed but got going late and the extra ground looks a big plus. Solid top-three prospects.
