NOTABADONE (7) was in the money two starts back at Scone but was unable to repeat the effort last time when ninth, beaten 5 lengths, at Tamworth over 1m. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. POP QUIZ (4) was safely held when sixth last time out over 1m at Coonamble, beaten 4 lengths. That followed a win at Tamworth at the previous outing. Finds a suitable race and can play a major role. BIG SHORT (1) has not won for a long while. Last raced on June 27 when beaten 7 lengths into tenth at Tamworth over 7f after he got a long way back in the run. Best figures measure up nicely. Capable of a strong performance.
