PINELAND (4) doesn't win out of turn, scoring just two times from 21 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when sixth over 7½f at Woodbine, beaten 5. 5 lengths. Finds a nice race and can find the winner's circle. CIAO CHUCK (5) filled a minor placing when fresh from a lay-off two starts ago. Could not back that up last time when 5 lengths away in seventh over 1m at this track (Turf). Rates highly and is right in the mix. ENGLISH CASTLE (9) has been kept fresh since he resumed last start and proved too strong, scoring by 1. 75 lengths over 1m1/2f at Aqueduct Turf (Turf). Will be better for that latest run and is expected to feature in the finish. HARD CIRCLE (8) has switched yards since finishing second four weeks ago over 1m at this track. One of the genuine hopes in the race.
