Has an impressive strike rate at this distance with four wins from six runs and is sure to play a big role. EWING (1) returns from a lay-off of five months and has his first try on a turf track. Opened last campaign with a sixth over 6f in Listed grade at Oaklawn Park (Dirt). Has the gate speed to take up a forward position. Expected to be in the finish. INTRICATE SPIRIT (4) is an honest type who impressed last time, scoring by 3 lengths over 6f in stakes class at Aqueduct Turf (Turf). Has been in solid form this campaign with a win and a placing from three starts. One of the main contenders. JOHNNY'S RED STORM (10) is a promising type who returns from a lay-off of 11 months and remains unbeaten in two runs. Last appeared when he score by 2 lengths over 6½f at Kentucky. Far too good last time and is right in contention again.
