FRIEND OFTHE DEVIL (3) was a most impressive winner last time over 6f in Listed grade at Aqueduct (Turf), scoring by 4 lengths. Should be poised just off the lead. Best form puts him right in this. COACH CASE (1) proved too strong two runs ago at this track. Less impressive last time out when fifth over 1m1/2f at this track, beaten 7 lengths after being in the firing line on the bend. Must raise the bar but a better run will not surprise. GEORGE BRIGGS (5) is back from a lay-off of five-and-a-half months. Closed last prep with a third, beaten 5 lengths, over 1m at Gulfstream Park. Solid top-three hope. BUTTAH (2) was well in commission last time but ran below expectations when fourth and beaten 9 lengths over 1m1/2f in Listed grade at Finger Lakes (Dirt). Should park just off the speed. Don't underestimate.
