Finds a tougher race but he has the ability to test this field. CLIFTON DOWN (8) is a five-year-old gelding who is having his first run for the Mark Beecher stable. Most recently finished in the placings in stakes class at Foxfield (Turf) before going for a break. Hasn't trialled publicly but looks well placed. Leading prospect. L'AVVOCATO (3) has been out of the placings in two runs since a break, the latest when fourth, beaten 6 lengths, over 2m2f at Colonial Downs (Turf). Has a solid record at the third run in and shapes as a leading player. WALK THE WARRIOR (2) is back after a break of three-and-a-half months. Looking to emulate his win at Middleburg Spring at the beginning of last prep. Can make his presence felt.
