Steps up a level but he is fitter and up to the task. CUT THE CORD (13) turned in a nice run when fresh from a lay-off two starts back at Aqueduct then missed the placings last time when 20 lengths from the winner in sixth over 1m at this track (Dirt). Fitter and deserves another chance. AMERICAN GRANT (3) built on a nice third when fresh from a lay-off two starts back at Aqueduct (Turf) with success over 1m1/2f at Aqueduct (Turf) six weeks ago, getting home by 1.5 lengths. Going up a level this time but he deserves plenty of thought. MO TRUMP (2) is coming along nicely this prep, scoring by 2.75 lengths last start over 1m1/2f at this track (Turf). Nicely placed to find a top-three spot.
